Are your products suitable for all hair types?
Our products are specifically formulated for afro, curly, and coily hair textures (types 3 and 4). We use natural, vegan-friendly ingredients designed to provide maximum moisture and support hair health.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, UK orders usually arrive within 2-3 working days, while international shipping can take 5-10 working days depending on the destination.
Do you use synthetic fragrances or parabens?
No, we strictly avoid harsh chemicals. All Afrocenchix products are free from SLS/SLES, parabens, phthalates, silicones, and artificial fragrances. We use essential oils for a natural, pleasant scent.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
